.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...The passing tropical disturbance
Invest 99W has moved northward, with most showers have moved out of
Saipan`s Costal waters. 99W has been upgraded to TCFA, meaning 99W is
expected to become a depression within the next 24 hours. Winds on
the southwest side, nearest to Saipan, have diminished to gentle to
moderate. Choppy seas are to be expected through at least tonight.
Combined seas of 5 to 7 feet are expected to linger through at least
the first half of next week.
