.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Combined seas remain in the 5 to 7
foot range and will remain choppy through tonight as Invest 99W, now
passing the far northern Marianas, continues to move north. Meanwhile,
a circulation west of the Marianas, now designated Invest 90W, is
providing a secondary westerly swell, which may become dominant late
in the week as 90W passes northwest of the Marianas. Gentle to
moderate southwesterlies will become fresh at times by mid-week, as a
modest monsoon surge sets up in the wake of 99W.
