The NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards transmitter broadcasting from
 Grandmother Mountain near Linville North Carolina and serving
the northern mountains and foothills of North Carolinae will be
off the air until repairs can be done. Maintenance will be
performed at the site depending on when access to the site is
available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our
listeners.

Listeners can tune into Charlotte Spencer Mountain as an
alternative on frequency 162.475 MHz. Other sites are available
such as Sauratown Mountain broadcasting from the Winston Salem
area and Holston Mountain from the Bristol area.
