...DEGRADED NOAA WEATHER RADIO COVERAGE IN THE ROCK HILL AREA...

The NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards transmitter broadcasting from
Rock Hill South Carolina, serving the piedmont of the Carolinas,
is broadcasting at low power. This means its signal does not
reach as far as it normally does. The equipment may have been
damaged by a lightning strike. Maintenance will be performed at
the transmitter site. This may become an extended maintenance
issue until service is fully restored. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause our listeners.

Alternate broadcasts are available for portions of the Rock Hill
coverage area on 162.475 or 162.55 MHz.
