  and icing on bridges and elevated surfaces.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use low-beam headlights and fog lamps, and
leave plenty of distance ahead of you. Be alert for slippery
surfaces, especially bridges, porches, and stairs.
