This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia and the
western Carolinas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A line of showers and thunderstorms will track across the area this
evening. The greatest chance for severe weather will be across the
southwest North Carolina mountains, northeast Georgia, and the
western South Carolina Upstate. Outside of these areas, confidence
on the severe weather threat remains very low as activity will
gradually weaken as it pushes east across the forecast area.
Damaging wind gusts will be the main hazard with any severe
storms that develop.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to forward any reports of damaging winds to our
office.
