Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Local officials have reported water rescues. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 357 PM EDT, emergency management reported ongoing significant impacts continuing across McDowell County. Between 7 and 20 inches of rain fell on Thursday and Friday. Rivers and reservoirs across the area remain very elevated. Debris flows occurred Thursday and Friday, and emergency response continues to perform rescues. Numerous road closures remain in place. Streams are no longer rising, but due to continued impacts and high flows, this product replaces the previously-issued Flash Flood Warning for McDowell County. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
