  Nearshore and Open Waters from Pentwater to Manistee MI...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 419 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm producing waterspouts was
  located near Big Sable Point Light, moving southeast at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Webcam. At 419 PM a waterspout was visible off of the Big
           Sable Lighthouse Webcam.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ludington Light, Big Sable Point Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts resulting in locally
