  knots and waves 3 to 6 feet. For the Gale Warning, northwest
  winds 20 to 30 knots with gusts up to 40 knots and waves 8 to 13
  feet expected.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM to 11 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
