.DISCUSSION...

Northwest winds are expected today and will funnel into the river
valley with gusts early on to 25 mph decreasing to 20 mph through
most of the day. Minimum relative humidity values will largely be
in the 40s. Mixing heights may reach 4000 feet which would bring
relative humidity values in the low 40s maybe as far down to the
upper 30s during the late afternoon. Winds become light and
variable tonight.
