.DISCUSSION...

Southwest winds with gusts of 25 to 35 mph are expected throughout
the day Wednesday. Mixing heights are expected to increase from
around 1000 feet to 2000 feet during the late morning and
afternoon. Snow is also expected throughout the day with the best
chances in the afternoon. As the front moves through during the
late afternoon and early evening. Winds will shift to the west to
northwest with gusts of 40 mph or higher possible.

                    early afternoon, then snow likely through early
                    afternoon. Snow in the afternoon.
