.DISCUSSION...
The chance of a shower or thunderstorm will begin early in
the day in southwest Michigan and gradually lift north
into central Michigan throughout the day. Later Friday
afternoon, areas mainly south of I-96 are likely to become
sunny, warm, and breezy. A mostly cloudy weekend is expected
with occasional rain. There may be a significant difference
in temperature at times between southern and central Michigan,
with temperatures possibly in the 30s and 40s in northern
areas and 60s in southern areas.
