...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional accumulations ranging from 1 to
  3 inches over southern Vilas County, to as high as 4 to 6 inches
  for the snowbelts of northern Vilas County. Winds gusting 25 to 30
  mph will result in blowing and drifting snow in open areas.

* WHERE...Vilas County.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...The snow and gusty winds will continue to make travel
  very difficult across far north-central WI, into northwest WI, as
  well as western Upper Michigan.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional light to moderate lake effect snow
  showers will continue across the area into Friday morning.
