Areas of light freezing drizzle was reported across Manitowoc
County this morning, creating some slick spots on roads,
bridges and sidewalks. The freezing drizzle should come to an
end early this afternoon. If you have travel plans through
mid-afternoon, slow down and allow for extra room between you
