Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
321 AM CDT Thu Oct 10 2024

Clear skies and calm conditions prevailed across the forecast area
overnight as high pressure settled in over the Great Lakes. Patchy
fog, locally dense with visibilities of less than a mile, were
reported in far northeast Wisconsin near Ironwood. 3 AM
temperatures ranged from the low 30s across the north to the mid
40s from central Wisconsin to the Fox Valley.

Expect another pleasant fall day today with mostly sunny skies and
highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. Cloud cover will then gradually
build in from the north around sunset. Lows for tonight will be
slightly more mild than previous nights, ranging from the upper
40s in the far north to the low 50s in the Fox Valley.

Temperatures will read well above average Friday afternoon,
ranging from the upper 60s in the far north to the upper 70s from
central Wisconsin to the Fox Valley. Low afternoon relative
humidities and drought conditions will support elevated fire
weather conditions during this time. Next chances for
precipitation accompanied by cooler temperatures then arrive
Saturday evening.
