A potent clipper system is likely to bring an impactful snowfall and hazardous travel conditions to the area later Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning. There is still some uncertainty in the exact snowfall totals, but a band of heavier snow is anticipated across portions of Wisconsin. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
