This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Strong and gusty west to northwest winds are expected late this
morning through this evening. The strongest winds with gusts up to
50 mph are expected south of Highway 29 and also across Door
County. A Wind Advisory has been issued for portions of the area.
The strong winds could cause some minor damage to trees which may
result in sporadic power outages.

Light snow accumulations under an inch are expected today through
this evening across far northern Wisconsin. Rain may mix with
snow at times today. Temperatures falling below freezing this
evening could lead to icy spots on untreated roads where
precipitation occurred earlier in the day.

Mild temperatures today may cause some break up of river ice,
which could increase the risk for ice jams on area rivers.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Mild temperatures may cause some break up of river ice, which
could increase the risk for ice jams on area rivers early next
week.

Travel impacts will be possible during the Tuesday night through
Wednesday afternoon time frame due to rain and a wintry mix, or
accumulating snow over parts of the region. There is a still of
lot of uncertainty in the storm track that will impact precipitation
types and snowfall totals. Anyone with travel plans during this
time is advised to monitor future forecasts.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to forward snowfall measurements and peak
wind gusts to the National Weather Service in Green Bay.
