.DISCUSSION...Mostly clear skies expected for this morning, followed by
an increase in cloud cover during the afternoon. Gusty west-southwest
winds and low relative humidity (Min 25 to 30 percent) can be expected
for the burn, along with excellent smoke dispersion by mid-day. No
precipitation is expected until late evening, when a light mix of rain
and snow will arrive. A strong cold front will bring gusty north winds
and cause mixed precipitation to change to snow. Snow accumulations
will be light; mainly a half inch or less.

                    sunny (55-65 percent).
