Dense fog early this morning will gradually dissipate as the sun
rises. Fog and low clouds will likely clear out by the mid to late
morning. Southeast winds will keep condition near the bay more
cool and moist with min RH in the 70% range with low mixing
heights and poor smoke dispersal.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent) then becoming
                    mostly sunny (35-45 percent). Areas of fog
                    early in the morning, then patchy fog late in
                    the morning.
Max temperature.....Around 68.
Min humidity........73 percent.

                    the morning.
