...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN NORTON COUNTY
THROUGH 1000 PM CDT...

At 938 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles northeast of Almena, or 15 miles northeast of Norton, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Norton
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
