...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WICHITA...SOUTHEASTERN
WALLACE...SOUTHWESTERN LOGAN AND NORTHEASTERN GREELEY COUNTIES
THROUGH 930 PM MDT/1030 PM CDT/...

At 835 PM MDT/935 PM CDT/, the public reported a strong thunderstorm
11 miles south of Sharon Springs, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Public.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of Wichita,
southeastern Wallace, southwestern Logan and northeastern Greeley
Counties, including the following locations... Marienthal and
Selkirk.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT/1100
