...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN SHERIDAN...
NORTHEASTERN GOVE AND SOUTHWESTERN GRAHAM COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM
CST...

At 814 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Quinter, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Sheridan, northeastern Gove and southwestern Graham Counties,
including the following locations... Saint Peter.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 102 and
113.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Goodland.
