mid 20s under mostly clear skies with northwesterly winds.
Yesterday morning, wind chills in multiple locations across the
area cooled to less than -25, with the Colby airport reporting -31
degree wind chills.

OUTLOOK... Today, temperatures will warm into the lower 30s to
around 40 under partly cloudy skies. Northwesterly winds sustained
around 25 to 30 MPH will gust to 40 MPH today. Temperatures
tonight will cool into the upper single digits to mid teens under
mostly cloudy skies with northwesterly winds at 10 to 20 MPH.
