Regional Weather Summary for the High Plains

Much of the Tri-State area was under a clear sky early this
morning. 3 AM MST (4 AM CST) temperatures range from 9 degrees
below zero east of Flagler, Colorado to 10 degrees above zero in
McCook, Nebraska. Wind chill readings were as low as 23 degrees
below zero east of Stratton, Colorado.

OUTLOOK... Today will be partly to mostly sunny with high
temperatures in the lower to middle 20s. Tonight, some light
snowfall moves into the area. Low temperatures fall into the
single digits above and below zero with wind chill readings in the
10 below to 25 below zero range. On Monday, snowfall ends from
north to south during the day. High temperatures will be very cold
with readings in the single digits to middle teens. A clear sky
is expected Monday night with low temperatures in the single
digits below zero with wind chill readings 10 below to 25 below
zero. Tuesday looks to warm up with highs in the 30s to around 40.
