...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH
FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 50 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Cheyenne, Kit Carson, and Yuma Counties.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Locations between U.S. Highways 34 and 40 in
  eastern Colorado will see the strongest winds.
