This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for Northwest Kansas and parts
of East-Central Colorado today due to increased fire danger from dry
conditions and wind gusts of 35 to 50 mph. Any fires will be
difficult to contain and will spread rapidly. A sudden wind shift
this afternoon will also make containing fires more dangerous.

Counties near the Colorado border may have some degraded air quality
due to blowing dust.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not needed. Please report any wildfires to
local county dispatches.
