This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will track southeastward across
portions of northwest Kansas late this morning and early this
afternoon, mainly east of Highway 25. An isolated strong storm
capable of producing dime to nickel size hail and wind gusts up to 50
mph is possible.

Storms will redevelop in western portions of the area late this
afternoon and evening. A few severe storms capable of producing half
dollar sized hail and wind gusts up to 60 mph are possible, generally
west of a Yuma, Colorado, to Leoti, Kansas, line between 5 PM and 10
PM MDT.

Tonight, showers and thunderstorms will become numerous with a risk
of heavy rainfall and localized flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
