We did have some snows but with the colder air that was in place for when the snows occurred led to smaller amounts of moisture. For March, beneficial rain and some wet snow did occur to start the month (that is not taken into account for this issuance, but will be reflected in next months issuance) there does appear to be additional chance for precipitation through the month of March.
