Drought Information Statement
National Weather Service Goodland KS
1005 AM MST Mon Dec 2 2024 /1105 AM CST Mon Dec 2 2024/

Some drought does remain across the area but has improved greatly
over the past month due multiple rain and snow events across the
region. Monthly November records for precipitation was set at
Goodland, Hill City and Burlington as well. A drier start to
December is forecast and then leading to equal chances for below
and above normal precipitation and temperatures through the
remainder of the month as long term guidance currently doesn`t
favor one or the other.
