For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Increased Pacific moisture will combine with a favorable wind direction to
bring snowfall to the northern Divide mountains this morning through the
early afternoon, with highest amounts above roughly 9000 feet. This will
make travel difficult over the mountain passes, with slick road conditions
and blowing snow reducing visibility. Elsewhere, look for temperatures 10
to 15 degrees above normal and partly cloudy skies.
