For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
A quick moving ridge axis will move across the area today bringing mostly
sunny skies to the region. Clouds will start increasing from the northwest
as the next system starts approaching the area this evening. Winter Weather
Advisories are in effect starting later tonight through late Saturday night
for the northern and central mountains and Flat Tops for 4 to 10 inches of
new snow.
