For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Widespread showers and storms are expected today. Some stronger storms will
be possible, with gusty outflow winds and frequent lightning expected to be
the main hazards. Localized flash flooding will also be possible across
most of the area. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are
expected again on Friday, mainly across the higher terrain. Most locations
will be rain-free by the evening, just in time for Independence Day
festivities. Rain chances will decrease as we head into the weekend and
next week, with a warming trend expected.
