For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
A Freeze Warning is in effect through 9AM MDT this morning for many valley
locations in western Colorado, and for the Uinta Basin in northeast Utah.
Cooler, fall-like temperatures continue today, with highs expected to run
around 5 degrees below normal. A drier airmass will promote clear skies,
bringing abundant sunshine during the day but helping to create cold
temperatures overnight.  This drier and cooler pattern sticks around into
the weekend.
