rain and flash flood will increase today and tomorrow. A Flood Watch for
southeast Utah and southwest Colorado goes into effect today at Noon, and
will last through 6PM tomorrow evening. Look for widespread showers and
thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rain, gusty winds, frequent
lightning, and hail forming this afternoon and lasting well into the
overnight hours.
