At 6 miles east-southeast of Grand Junction, the high temperature
reached 83 degrees. This tied the record high for 8 October, last
set in 1980.

At Northdale, the high temperature reached 80. This tied the record
high for 8 October, last set in 1980.

At Yellow Jacket, the high reached 76. This set a new record high
for 8 October, breaking the previous record of 74, set in 2020.
