* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 30 mph with
  gusts up to 45 mph. For the first Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
  temperatures as low as 18 possible. For the second Freeze Watch,
  sub-freezing temperatures as low as 17 possible.

* WHERE...Animas River Basin, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River,
  Paradox Valley/Lower Dolores River, and Central Gunnison and
  Uncompahgre River Basin.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 PM MDT this evening. For the
  first Freeze Watch, from late Friday night through Saturday
  morning. For the second Freeze Watch, from late Saturday night
  through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
  vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
