  Upper Yampa River Basin, Debeque to Silt Corridor, Central
  Colorado River Basin, Paradox Valley/Lower Dolores River, Four
  Corners/Upper Dolores River, Animas River Basin and San Juan
  River Basin Counties.

* WHEN...From late Thursday night through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
