This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Mountain snow showers return this afternoon with 2-10 inches of new
snow expected across our mountains. The heaviest snows will fall on
the San Juans with less northward. Winter Weather Advisories are in
place for the San Juans through Saturday evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Warmer and drier conditions are expected to develop Sunday and
beyond. Weak clipper systems could bring some light snow to the
mountains Tuesday and Wednesday, with quiet conditions prevailing
through the week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Grand Junction.
