This will bring gusts of 45 mph or higher in the afternoon. As the storm draws closer, precipitation chances increase during the afternoon, becoming likely overnight as the cold front moves through toward midnight. Snow is all but certain Friday as temperatures fall and the airmass becomes saturated while the storm center passes overhead. .THURSDAY... Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (40-50 percent).
