.DISCUSSION...Moisture will be on the increase over the next several
days, bringing increased chances of showers and thunderstorms near the
fire location. However, chances of wetting rain remain low (10%), meaning
the main concerns will be gusty and erratic outflow winds and frequent
lightning with any showers or storms that form. In addition, as moisture
increases, temperatures will cool a few degrees tomorrow and Thursday,
and RH values will increase.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (30-40 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................10 percent.
Max temperature.....93-98.
Min humidity........10-15 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Downslope/downvalley winds 3-5 mph becoming
                    upslope/upvalley winds 4-8 mph by 1100. Gusty
                    and erratic winds expected near thunderstorms in
                    the afternoon.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (12000-24000 knot-ft) increasing to fair by
                    1000, to good by 1100, and to very good by 1400.
                    Decreasing to good again by 1600.
Mixing height.......2500 ft AGL increasing to 15700 ft AGL by 1500.
Transport winds.....Southwest 10 mph shifting to the northwest in
                    the afternoon.
