.DISCUSSION...Moisture has arrived, resulting in widespread showers
and thunderstorms expected over the next several days, along with
cooler temperatures and minimum humidities well above 20%.
Thunderstorms will be capable of producing gusty winds, frequent
lightning, and heavy rain. The stronger storms may also produce small
hail. There is concern for flash flooding and debris flows over the
burn scar with any slow moving, heavy rain producing storm that
develops.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (40-50 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent) by 1400. Slight
                    chance of thunderstorms until 1100, then chance
                    of thunderstorms. Chance of rain showers through
                    the day.

Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 4-8 mph shifting to the west by
