.DISCUSSION...A strong, wet winter storm will be moving over the burn
location today, bringing snow and strong, gusty southwest winds. Gusts
up to 30 mph are expected, and gusts up to 40 mph are possible during
the afternoon. 1-3 inches of accumulating snow are expected at the burn
location by Saturday morning, with the majority of accumulation today.
There is a slight chance of thunder, mainly this afternoon and evening.
Shower activity will taper tomorrow, and winds will lessen. Unfortunately
this also means that smoke dispersal values will not reach above poor
tomorrow.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (95-100 percent). Chance of snow showers
                    in the morning, then snow showers in the afternoon.
                    Slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................30 percent.
Max temperature.....37-42.
Min humidity........45-50 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 4-8 mph becoming southwest winds
                    10-12 mph by 1100. Increasing to 16-20 mph after
                    1400. Gusts up to 30 mph in the afternoon. Gusty

                    1100, increasing to very good by 1300. Decreasing

                    slight chance of thunderstorms until 2000,
                    then snow showers likely overnight.
