Winds aloft are weak and will remain so through the latter part of the week. Meanwhile, though inversions don`t extend into the higher terrain, the atmosphere will continue to be stable and therefore, resistant to mixing. As a result, ventilation will be minimal and smoke dispersal poor. .WEDNESDAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent). Max temperature.....39-44.
