.DISCUSSION...Stagnant conditions persist through the next several
days as the weather pattern remains blocked to the west. Winds
aloft are weak and will remain so through the latter part of the
week. Meanwhile, though inversions don`t extend into the higher
terrain, the atmosphere will continue to be stable and therefore,
resistant to mixing. As a result, ventilation will be minimal and
smoke dispersal poor.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
Max temperature.....39-44.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5-10 mph shifting to the north in the
                    afternoon.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (8000-9000 knot-ft).

Transport winds.....Northeast 5 mph.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (10-20 percent).
