.DISCUSSION...Winds will increase today ahead of an arctic front
that will drop southward this evening ushering in much colder air
and snow showers. 1 to 3 inches of snow accumulation is possible
tonight through Saturday. Due to stronger winds aloft, good mixing
will promote good or better smoke dispersal today and Saturday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (30-40 percent). Chance of snow
                    showers in the afternoon.

Wind (20 ft)........West winds 8 to 12 mph increasing to 12 to 18 mph
