.DISCUSSION...Today`s showers and storms will continue to be heavy
rainers, with flash flooding still a threat. Additionally, these
storms will produce frequent lightning, hail and gusty winds. Some
scattered to isolated showers and storms will be possible across the
higher terrain tomorrow afternoon, but drier air arrives in earnest
for Wednesday, along with breezier conditions. With minimum RH values
forecast to be in the teens and low single digits across much of the
area, the threat for critical fire weather conditions returns for
the latter half of the week.
