.DISCUSSION...Critical fire weather conditions are not expected.
Prevalent moisture will keep daytime minimum humidities above 20%,
promote widespread wetting rain, and keep temperatures near to below
normal. Winds will be gusty around showers and thunderstorms, but
otherwise will be light and terrain driven. These storms will be
capable of producing frequent lightning, as well as heavy rain that
could result in burn scar flash flooding.
