...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Colorado, including the following
  county, Garfield.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 448 PM MDT, A trained weather spotter reported heavy rain
    in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Glenwood Springs.
  - Expect ponding and water up to an inch deep flowing across
    I-70 in Glenwood Canyon.
