...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN DAWSON COUNTY THROUGH
845 AM CDT...

At 801 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Moorefield, or 10 miles northeast of Curtis, moving northeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of western Dawson
County, including the following locations... Farnam.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 209 and 215.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
