...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Greeley, Howard, Merrick, Nance, Sherman, Valley, and Polk
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may damage trees and power lines.
  Localized power outages are possible. Travel will be hazardous,
  especially in high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust could
  reduce visibility down to near one mile at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Secure loose objects prior to the onset of winds. Watch for falling
tree branches. Use caution if you must drive.
