.DISCUSSION...

Given that the burn site is technically in a Red Flag Warning
county this afternoon, extreme caution is advised as extreme fire
behavior is possible.

Today will feature near-record warmth with an afternoon high
temperature in the mid-upper 80s. South-southwest winds will
easily meet critical thresholds...sustained at least 20-25 MPH and
gusting at least 30-35 MPH. Relative humidity will steadily fall
from 30-40 percent late this morning, down to 20-25% mid-late
afternoon.

Anytime after roughly 7 PM, at least spotty shower/thunderstorm
activity could develop in the general area, as a surface cold
front sinks southward and switches winds around to a north-
northeasterly direction through most of the night.

Max temperature.....Around 87 at mid-afternoon.
Min humidity........Near 22 percent at mid-afternoon.
