...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Nebraska, including the
  following county, Polk.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 918 PM CDT, the stream gauge along Clear Creek in northern
    Polk County remained in minor flood stage to previous heavy
    rainfall. As of 845 PM, the stage was 7.6 feet. Flood stage
    is 7.5 feet. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
    area, but water will continue to recede tonight.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
